While I selected 6’1+ I’d be happy with anyone like 5’6 plus if I’m attracted to them and we mesh well. I’ve found a lot of guys shorter than me attractive and I’ve found a lot of guys taller than me unattractive. It’s more about the individual. I’m a 5’8 woman and while I do love when a guy towers over me/makes me feel little, I don’t dislike it if they don’t? It makes sense in my mind but is really hard to explain. Basically being tall is a turn on but being short is not a turn off lol

it varies widely by country and ethnicity as well😭. in yemen it’s 5’3 and denmark it’s 5’11. one inch is not significant

I think you’re a bit confused. If the guys correcting you were insecure about their height, they’d want to say that the average is lower. Correcting you to say it’s higher has the opposite effect

And also the 5’6 isn’t a hard cutoff. I just haven’t found myself super attracted to anyone shorter than that just because I’m on the taller side, but if I found myself attracted to someone shorter than that, I’d be down.
