It’s spread over a few cards. My highest one is $16K. For that one yes, I can spend up to $16K with it. Trying to go over would be what would make the card be rejected like you see on TV. You can ask for a credit line increase if you have a huge purchase planned (like a wedding) and they may or may not give it to you.
