I’ve had two Priuses and they’ve been great. For the first one — I was t-boned in the drivers side and was able to walk out with only 2 bruises, even though the door was completely fucked & the car was totaled (the other driver knocked me into trees & rocks so the car got completely fucked up). My new one is great too & gets ~60mpg

Consider the Corolla cross hybrid

Both are good reliable cars. Most people consider the Corolla to be overall nicer. Prius may buy you some buying.

Alternatively, I would suggest you look into a Honda Accord! That’s the car that I have and I absolutely love it!!! Also very reliable and good long term. You can dm me if you would like to discuss further
