I just started it and then let them figure it out, a lot of people do bc sometimes if you don’t the resistance can be? It depends on if they’d be supportive - and even if they weren’t, if you think they’d actively try to prevent you from making your own decision abt it.

I’m unsure, me and my mom are like best friends and I oddly think if she listened to what I had to say then she’d understand my perspective My own experience is that I just want to change my appearance to be male presenting, but idc if she still calls me by my original name or calls me “she” (I’m agender, idgaf about labels in general, I just know I want to be male presenting)

Biological woman, idc if she still calls me one either, I don’t care about labels or pronouns used on me, but I still want to look like a male

I almost think about doing this bc I’m her kid, I’m still me regardless of what I look like, I think she’d be the type of person to worry about what my grandparents would think or how my siblings would see it as

To look like a male and sound like one is just incredibly appealing, it’s been in my head for years, sometimes I think I’m pretty envious of what males have and I just -want- that too

I don’t think wants and envies are good reasons to change your biological appearance but that is just my opinion.

Your biological appearance will change no matter what, as you age and go through life. If you’ve felt a certain way for so long, it doesn’t just go away, even if it doesn’t make sense to most people.

Wants and envies happen to us all the time, there are good ones and bad ones, like wanting to lose weight bc I envy those with the body type I want Gender envy can absolutely be a good kind of envy to help you achieve what you want

But out of curiosity, in your mind, what are good reasons to change your biological appearance?

The only good reason is if it’s medically necessary
