It should be legal as long as it’s in an officially licensed establishment like in Nevada, so that way both the workers and customers are safe due to required safety regulations

Prostitution bans are both extremely difficult to enforce and largely ignored, allowing for the proliferation of an exploitative, widespread , and unregulated black market. Legalization of prostitution allows for regulation of it, reducing cases of exploitation and making it much harder for black markets to continue to grow in the face of legitimate competition.
