east asian parents (japan, china, south korea). being demanding of their children to be prodigies in stuff, like forcing them to become a doctor or professional oboe player, and calling them a failure if they do anything but pull straight A's. ask anyone with east asian parents and they'll tell you it's true.

also black people do in fact love watermelons. freed slaves and black people who weren't sharecroppers had very few options, but some were able to become very successful watermelon farmers, and so watermelons became a symbol of black economic independence, and is therefore why they became mocked for it by white racists.

i don’t think it’s accurate to say black people are more likely to commit crimes. that would mean even a high income black person would be more likely to commit crimes which isn’t true. it’s more like people incarcerated/arrested are significantly more likely to be black

*black people are significantly more likely to be ARRESTED or CONVICTED of crimes I was with my white friend who had weed in the car actively smoking and driving and they got off with a warning no ticket. I was with a black friend in the same area who just had a weed vape pen and he got arrested…
