The bullet makes noice Baka. Cartilage doesn’t regrow. There is video of the secret service escorting media and lowering the American flag for a photo op. Secrete service did not behave how they have in assassinations of the past.

not making a judgement on anything else but just a fact check: the loud noise from a bullet comes from the explosion as the bullet leaves the barrel of the gun, not from the sound of the bullet moving through the air. a bullet going past your ear wouldn’t cause hearing damage

The sonic boom from a rifle bullet makes a fairly loud noise, around 80-100 decibels. Not loud enough to cause hearing damage, but definitely noticeable
