Pacific Grove, Carmel-by-the-Sea, etc. My family have our ranch/farm, well one of them the other is in Texas, out in that general area.

It’s really nice. Expensive mind you, but nice. Probably the Monterey Bay Area in general is the only place in California I’d willingly move to if I were to move back full time. It’s decently quiet outside of some tourist stuff and a really beautiful place. Also people are generally much more pleasant than Santa Cruz for example.
