Omg I’m not alone 😭 any suggestions for getting physical exercise if I just hate it in general?

Park on the far side of parking lots and take the stairs instead of the elevator — a little bit adds up!

Real. i only exercise like once a week and I also hate it. For me this is obv not ideal but it is something that I can do without obsessing over it or bringing any new misery into my life. And unfortunately, it does make me feel better 😭
