If i can kill other living things to survive and human blood is their only actually healthy food source then let them? Like #1 said though find an ethical source of blood. Donation programs, death row, fresh bodies/corpse donation, etc.

True, when I said government, I used it as an overarching term to find a job that will legally allow you to kill or be near dead bodies, like be a detective, death row executioner, CIA operative, mortician, military personnel, even a hematologist
