So my friend and his girlfriend went on a trip last weekend, and they asked me to stay at their place and watch their cat (without pay). They promised me dinner, instead. I’m trying to plan the dinner and he send me this. Is this fucked up?

My friend just asked me if I can watch the cat on labor day weekend while him and his girlfriend go on a trip again. I said NOPE!!!

Help them, but reject the dinner and next time just say no

He replied to me yesterday saying to reschedule the dinner for another time. I suggested next Tuesday, so I’m waiting to hear from the girlfriend now if that day is good for her, too. Point is I said “No” to helping reorganize the closet. Lol

Yea they’re def dtm, not considerate of your time or the fact tht you’re doing them a favor out of kindness. Obviously idk them personally but it comes off as very privileged and like ppl should just do things for them
