Heavily depends on where you live. But on average I think that 60-80k should be decent in most places

I make 90k, but Virginia taxes mean I actually make 60k. And living in northern Virginia I’m putting away maybe 12-1500 a month in savings

Entirely dependent on where, for my area to be completely independent (no roommate, partner, parents, etc) I'd say no less than 80k after taxes

Depends on where you live if you’re in New York or Seattle it’s probably over 120k but I’d expect less of a salary is needed if I lived in Pittsburgh, Detroit, Chicago
