Shampoo normally but I’ll do conditioner shampoo then conditioner again if I had a lot of hair spray and other products in my hair before the shower.

if there’s chlorine in your hair, using conditioner, then shampoo, then conditioner again gets it out really well

I use a 2 in 1 and I've never had problems

I just use water. I haven’t found a shampoo/conditioner that doesn’t break out my scalp and I have tried so many.

Meh it works to just wash my hair with water so I’m fine with it.

I had the same issue but started using Shea Moisture and it have had no problems with it

I wouldn't call that washing your hair, more like rinsing
