I know they’re not actually far left. Within the standard American political discourse, they are the furthest left I have

Why, because we see how much better America could be? Because we see systems and programs that are improving the lives of people around the world and want them to be implemented here? Or is it for holding ourselves accountable for all the death and destruction we’ve caused?

You come up with ideas for your own idyllic society, which the vast majority of people do not agree with, and which have already been tried and failed miserably over and over and over again in other places. You have nothing of value to offer, no solutions that are feasible or even worth considering. You bitch and moan and whine about anything and everything and want anybody but yourselves to work to solve it and pay for it.

And when a real solution is proposed that could actually address the roots of the problems, you cry and scream because enacting the solution might be mean to someone, or it would make you a little bit uncomfortable. The modern Left is absolutely brain dead and pathetic, and incapable of actually solving anything. The majority of people don’t support you, and the majority of those that do are certifiably mentally ill.

We’re literally the ONLY developed country that doesn’t have socialized medicine. Even if we DID switch to it, you’d still be able to pay for private healthcare because you can’t switch the whole country overnight and there’d still be demand for private insurance. I’m not advocating for full blown communism here, just systems that are literally PROVEN FEASIBLE because they’re ACTIVELY WORKING ELSEWHERE. God forbid I want my tax dollars to fund social programs instead of blowing up Palestinians

If I’m mentally ill then you should support my solution because I’m advocating for more social programs to tackle mental illness in this country

I personally want my tax dollars to stay in my own pocket and not go to people that never bothered to get their own insurance.

The Left doesn’t want to actually help the mentally ill. They want to tell them that there’s nothing wrong with them, that it’s everyone else’s fault for not accommodating them, that they need to cut off their friends and family. As usual, they only want to go after the symptoms and not the causes.

Social programs LITERALLY go after the root causes of mental illness 🤦
