I don't think that's weird at all! I can barely tolerate touch from other people, it puts me on edge and idk why either. there's only one person in my life that I feel at ease when they touch me I also know a lot of other people who have similar boundaries, some aren't quite as strict about it but it's definitely more common then you'd think

I love physical touch but I don’t think that’s weird at all. Different folks different nopes.

If a friend or family member told me this I would respect it and not touch them

I think my family still thinks i dislike hugs, when the reality is I just didnt like being hugged without consent.
