For me, double the pay for in-person would pretty much almost always be worth it because that's a huge difference. And while I do support remote work and believe it should be offered to everyone whose work can be done remotely, I'm one of the few who prefers working in-person because I like being able to work with my coworkers face to face

Tbh I think I would take the lower pay for an in-office job too. Remote work is not a positive in my mind unless it’s maybe 1 day a week is remote.
