I think they’d “exist” in a way, just in the same way they did before we had a name for it, like events are still happening and things still exist. They’re just in their purest form, unaffected by human observation

I answered no only because the definition of “concept” explicitly states that it’s the idea of something. Without consciousness, there are no ideas, and no concepts. But the physical reality of space and time would still exist. We are products of the universe, not the other way around.

We are equally just objects in the world. This is like saying would time still pass if you weren’t looking at a clock.

But time is just a metric of how things change so whenever things are changing there is time and things change with or without us

I’m not saying they don’t actually exist but the way we think about them and characterize them are a product of our collective interpretation. There are and have been other human societies view them differently than ours does.
