Hoarding ain’t helpful for anyone. The hoarder doesn’t even know everything they have or where it is

Interesting point, but research doesn’t really back up the idea that meeting basic needs kills motivation. UBI trials in places like Finland and Canada showed people didn’t just sit back- many actually pursued education, better jobs, or even started businesses once survival stress eased. Having food and housing covered doesn’t erase ambition, it gives people the chance to aim higher

Norway’s a great example actually- strong social safety nets + natural resources + innovation. But notice that the oil wealth wasn’t hoarded by a few individuals- it was managed collectively through the sovereign wealth fund, which funds welfare, healthcare, and education. Doesn’t that suggest that meeting basic needs and allowing people to thrive alongside innovation actually worked hand in hand?

You don’t seem willing to argue in good faith so I guess best to leave it here

You might wanna look into the “ad hominen fallacy” Ms. Norway- you’re using it as a crutch

When you gain an understanding of rhetorical fallacies, I’ll be happy to continue this conversation with you. Best of luck
