I don’t understand why people don’t just change in the bathroom
Are you gonna get naked to change clothes in front of your roommate or do the towel dance?

Cause I’m not taking my clothes into a nasty and tiny ass stall so I can struggle to get dressed while the whole bathroom is steamed up from the morning showers and people are pissing in other stalls beside me

I happen to live in a college dorm with bathrooms shared with the whole floor

There’s no reason to comment as if anyone else has that

That is extremely normal unless you go to a very wealthy school that can afford to have each dorm its own bathroom or you pay a couple thousand extra to only share a bathroom between 4 people

Tf you mean? Acting like no one here lives in a college dorm on the app made for college students, check your damn privilege

I went to the cheapest public school in my state and paid for the cheapest housing. You are wrong

You have a very warped sense of what’s privileged. Just because someone has a different experience than you doesn’t mean they spent more money

Omg soooo sorry that my school has most dorms traditional style where bathrooms are shared by floor, you must feel soooo much better than everyone else because your college built private bathrooms onto each and every single dorm

Then why tf you telling me I live in a damn gas station just because I don’t have the same experience as you?

Dude you’re such a baby. Your school is weird, nobody uses communal dorms. Don’t reply as if anyone uses them

Crazy that a grown ass person would react like that

Because large gas stations are the only place I could think of that have shared showers and toilets

Tf you mean no one uses them? They’re called traditional style for a reason, literally almost everywhere uses them

Crazy that a grown ass person can’t use their head and go look up if colleges have shared bathrooms

dude communal bathrooms are the norm for most college dorms

They’re called traditional because that’s tradition. As in old, not normal. You must live on the east coast or sum shit

No they aren’t. I don’t know a single school that does that

Yea I do live on the east coast, in a college built in the 1800’s sorry your dumbass goes to a brand new school in a brand new state with brand new private bathrooms and you’ve never expanded your knowledge enough to know that not everywhere is the same as your college

Often means frequently, so usually when you go to a college they’ll have at least one dorm with traditional bathrooms

Crazy that a grown ass person can’t go look up dorms that have traditional bathrooms and then go “oh whoops I was wrong, sorry about that” instead of pretending nowhere in the country has traditional style dorms

No my school was built in the 1800s and then the entire thing burned down. All the current dorms, besides the new expensive ones that I can’t afford, were built right after the fire and haven’t been touched since

So your school suddenly went from being built in the 50’s and 60’a to being from the 1800’s?????

My dorms along with almost every single building at my school were built in the 50s and 60s

There’s nothing misleading about what I said

upvote 0 downvote

My dorms weren’t REBUILT. They were built from scratch in the 50s and 60s. Like how is this relevant?

upvote 1 downvote

There is, telling one info and then a different info without any context is how misinformation gets created and spread

HOW is the founding date relevant to the conversation?

upvote 1 downvote

Also to be clear, there was zero misinformation. I never lied or implied anything other than what was said

Because modern bathrooms that are suite style or private only became commonplace after 1980

Because your ass isn’t specifying, how am I supposed to know your college was apparently just an alumni building until then
