I would have to be very thought out about its use. Because there are a number of people in the world who cause a lot of death (various dictators, warlords, mafiosos, cult leaders). But my concern is that in many cases their removal would lead to a power vacuum in their places of influence which could just lead to even more warfare and death. I am not concerned with some form of revenge, I would just want to minimize global suffering.

What about someone who’s rapist got let free and are likely to torture more people. Not everyone is sitting at home living vicariously through media but actually unfortunately living these stories
