I track both and have a harder time w that then the protein. I didn’t realize how high in fat things were and how low in protein. Hitting protein is like impossible unless I have fish and chicken and protein powder in the house at all times

Yeah, really does work and is that simple as calories in and calories out! I lost 50 pounds not really being that healthy tbh and just being around a 500 calorie deficit. And I didn’t even exercise. For the past month I’ve been actually eating healthy and exercising tho bc I’m a few pounds away from my goal weight and learned a lot more about how important it is not for weight loss but just how you function and feel..but I’m proof that you can lose 50 pounds not even exercising/eating healthy😭
