I got it from a random fact I knew. “Helicopter” can be split into two base parts but not how most people would think. It’s not Heli-copter, it’s Helico-pter or “spiral wing”. So I saw “pter” thought wings and butterflies were the only match

lepidoptera means ‘scaly wings’ in greek, and phobos is greek for fear

Lepidoptera is also the scientific name for the order of insects that includes moths and butterflies, so you can figure it out with entomology, etymology, or both!
