Sometimes I'll send a picture of the opened gift being used, like my sister got me a shower beer holder for my shower and I sent her a picture of it up with a beer in it. Texting is the modern-day thank you card

I agree but i feel like that’s very different from a thank you card, it’s a lot more chill, a lot less work
