i chose closer to my average because if somebody said "do some right now" i wouldn't go all out but i could do 31-50 if i pushed it

I’m pretty strong in my arms… I can curl a decent amount for a woman my weight & height but… pushups are weird. My elbows and shoulder blades just don’t bend that way.

No same! I feel like I have decent enough arm strength to be labeled as “strong” but I cannot do a push up for the life of me😭
