Humidity because it prevents the sweat from evaporating and cooling you off how it’s supposed to. 75 and muggy is always worse than 85 and arid.

This is crazy😅 I live on the coast and mornings at 95% humidity are super common. Sure you sweat so much and it feels like you’re drinking the air but dry heat KILLS me🙃 I could survive anything in the humidity! Not the dry heat tho💔💔

Also, humidity keeps it hotter at night whereas in dry heat you get respite as soon as the sun goes down

Fully agree. I hate both passionately but I feel like the “cool” humidity is just messing with your head as well. Like how do you dress for the day
