I used to wait a long time until I started having close calls with disaster then just when it gets uncomfortable lol

When I stand up or stop focusing on my current thing, I suddenly need to pee and it lasts like a minute long

I have bladder issues I think. I basically never feel the need to pee especially if I’m working. So usually when I get home and remember peeing exists
