I don’t hate them but there is unfortunately a stigma for a reason about poor hygiene. There’s a furry con my college hosts annually in our student union and there are signs posted by the con organizers every year about showering and wearing deodorant :,)

Im pretty nuetral like as long as youre not intentionally disturbing people and everyones whos involved wants to be and legally can be imo its not my business. No real animals involved? Everyone of age and consenting? Etc etc etc? Knock yourself out, its not for me but you have fun kinda thing yk?

Unfortunately there was a furry at my hs who rolled around in his cat’s urine and came to school reeking of cat piss. At my university, people in the furry club don’t seem to really keep up with hygiene. Two of them actually showed up to an event in the student union building in kink wear, one with his crack out. My experiences at comic cons where furries were present were only marginally better, unfortunately.
