If you'll actually take care of it. Theyre very temperamental to heal and cant be neglected as easily as a nose or ear piercings. Mine is still finicky and its almost two years old (second time getting it pierced too!) and I take care of it decently well mental health permitting

Its a surface piercing so technically everyone should eventually have it reject (realistically some people just dont) but yes some people reject much faster than others
