
Burnout is not just 'i dont feel like doing this' btw! It is a completely debilitating experience where the thing you dont want to do causes you to not want to do ANYTHING and usually leads to an atleast temporary depression or anxiety diagnosis. There is no way 70% of you are experiencing actual burnout and saying you are minimizes the experiences of people actually suffering from it

Im not trying to dismiss anyone actually experiencing burnout but it is very commonly misconceived since becoming a tik tok buzz word and it absolutely IS linked to anxiety and depression.
