Personal Finance on Yik Yak | Been at my apt for a year now & my rent is going up (surprisingly) only 1%. The last place I lived, my landlord tried raising my rent 46% (I convinced him to only do a 23% raise & month to month, then left few months later). I’ll take 1% any year! 😁
