Is fidelity or Schwab better?

I really wanted to like fidelity bc of the partials but I had big issues connecting it to my current accounts to move money into it and their customer service was ass. Took me weeks of calling to get a solution and the solution was literally filling out paper documents to manually connect the accounts. This was a Capitol One account so not even a small bank. Thinking of swapping to Schwab.
