In a bind between choosing starting a business and taking courses to advance my career and decided that it’s more financially responsible to take the courses because they have a higher ROI since I’m still early in my career

I can’t come up with a single business idea that doesn’t seem impossible to execute at a profit

Pretty high. Currently working as an HRIS analyst intern and have 1.5 years of experience doing it (same company) and my internship ends mid-August. I know my stuff but mainly for this one company’s system.

I’m looking at taking 3 online courses, totaling about 60 hours, to get the last few crucial skills that other companies look for in candidates that I don’t already have. So if my current job doesn’t hire me full time by August, I can have an easier time going into mid-level roles at other companies and get a significant pay increase while doing so
