Just do the math to see if the match is greater or less than the cost of the membership

If you’re maxing it out 100% worth it. You’d have to do the math if your not but I think the cutoff is around 2k

Gold is $50 for the year (you need to get the whole year to get the Roth IRA match) if you max out your Roth IRA with $7,000 for the year you will get a %3 match of $210 from robinhood which is basically a free $160 + u get to sneak the extra $50 into the Roth.
