it is fraud lmao. i’m not getting into all details bc it’s a long story and don’t feel like hitting the character limit multiple times, but if you look up “epic events and entertainment” im sure you’ll find the numerous articles about the shit they pulled, the owners hiding, and actors (such as cast from twilight) making memes about the whole fucked up thing

It’s not fraud. No one cares why the company went bankrupt. The CHARGE was not fraudulent. You authorized it for legitimate reasons. This is why trip insurance exists, and if you didn’t buy it, you can either still go on the trip or eat the loss. End of story.

Wait, I thought you meant like travel tickets. Are you saying that these are tickets to an event that is now not happening? In that case, yes I do think the chargeback should be approved.

okay good thank you lol. yeah this is for tickets to a convention to meet actors. the convention was cancelled. i had travel insurance
