If anyone is interested its called M51 Whirlpool Galaxy. Its one of my favorite objects in the night sky this time around. Would highly recommend looking at the new James Web Telescope photos of it

I imagined messier 51 about two years back when my dso setup wasnt giving me any problems lol, a very beautiful galaxy. This was about 3 hours in a b5 BUT my scope is f/3 so very fast.

My front yard in a bortle 5 sky! Like i said my camera and optics are really good, shot with a high resolution asi camera and f/3 so i was capturing a LOT of light. Also post processing is a big thing aswell
