Looking for some small plants to put in these outdoor pots. Preferably edible ones. They don’t drain bc I have neighbors under me. North east climate

Try mint- it’s like a weed, pots without holes are fine- just add some rocks in the bottom for drainage and be a little careful about drowning your plant

The rosemary, parsley, and basil have unfortunately flooded. Guess I’ll need to buy established plants because it won’t stop raining.

Planted some mint and other herbs along with a random flower I found. Can’t wait to see how they grow

Rosemary is good too and if you want flowers try pansies. They’re nice hardy plants for a cold climate. If your worried about drainage do the rock trick and add some (minimal) cinnamon to help prevent root rot and fungal infections
