Plant Parenthood on Yik Yak | Hello! I am struggling with my variegated string of pearls. It was doing great and now the top pearls have shriveled up. It’s still pushing new growth but I’m not sure what this could be. Maybe it’s needing a new pot? I moved it back from the light too.

seeing that you have grow lights i would rule that one out as a possibility

Pearls tend to do better in tight small well draining pots

hi there! From my experience this was the beginning of root rot for me, i would check her roots and make sure nothing funky is going on. If it is rotting i would cut it as close to the rotted parts as you can and re plant to try to save her!

it could also be humidity or sunlight issues as well
