More sun will help too. Mold likes cool, wet, and dark. Remove any mold you can physically, let would DRY COMPLETELY, and make sure it’s somewhere where it can get some good sun in the process

From the leaves it doesn’t look like it’s been overwatered, but in general a good rule is only water when soil is dry throughout
