Get a bigger pot, and then repot the plant so more of the stem is under the dirt. Also I’m assuming you’re not getting 95° days yet.

Yeah, once the plant is bigger try trimming leaves so that it focuses on growing the actual fruit instead of growing leaves. Likewise if you want more leaves clip off the flowers before they fruit. Other then that the tomatoes should get bigger once the plant matures/ gets more room
