Yes put them inside and under a grow light and invest in a good humidifier, which will also improve the growth of most indoor plants

That looks like a parlor palm, it can grow outside in the summer but for cooler climates you bring it inside for the fall and winter. You can check its tag to see the hardiness zone and compare your temperatures with it to know when it can survive outside. They are easy to propagate and I have had one live for several years now. -certified horticulturist

Also that whole section looks to be tropical which are coming house plants for cooler climates

They are summer annuals so they are meant to last the summer. You could separate them and bring them inside but they don’t like the winter. My alocasias do great indoors but depending on the amount of sun they’ll die
