Take off the very bottom one, spritz/dip the cutting with peroxide to kill any bad bacteria. Put in water that is enough to cover the stalk and not the leaves bc leaves will rot. I also recommend some peroxide in the water with the plant to help with algae/mold growth. Goodluck! She’s very pretty
