woah i totally thought it was an umbrella plant. i’ve heard you can cut aerial roots and it won’t shake it up too bad, but i’ve also heard you can basically braid the roots and pin them back down in the soil for more support! i’ve never seen this plant before but that would be a guess. as for the leaves, it could just be what i needs to do. could also be over or under watering or too much or too little light but im not sure
I would repot!! Slightly larger pot and personally I would bring up the soil level an inch or two but not toooo much. And then you can tuck the aerial roots right in. I’m not familiar with this plant but looks like some kind of succulent, she’s beautiful but does look a bit leggy so maybe more sunlight?
