she looks super leggy which, as previous commenters have said, is indicative of not enough light! good light conditions will help her stay a little more compact. and yes, a moss pole can help her stay upright and will encourage aerial root growth, leading to bigger leaves with more fenestrations!

You should definitely get a pole for her for extra support! They like to climb but it’s not necessary if you do, it just helps them stay upright and looking a little nicer. It also allows them to grow bigger. They are crazy root growers and so if you think she needs a bigger pot I’d say go for it! Especially if it dries out really fast. I’ve never seen one so leggy before 😅she might want more light too but idk

Support her back!!! Yes, monsteras actually have backs lol — use any type of pole plastic or metal. I literally use an old curtain rod! Moss poles aren’t necessary. Could also try trimming and propagating her. When it comes to potting it’s all dependent on the root ball (not the plant itself). Definitely check on the roots, but if they’re not cramped I’d keep it in that pot. Also if you gotta get a larger pot only size up 2” (pretty standard for any plant)

Ugh lamps and plants I’m in love. I don’t think them being super leggy is good but it’s not gonna kill them either. I’d say it’s likely because it wants more light! A lot of plants will stretch out to get longer if they’re trying to get more light
