Nope!! The medium is a mix of peat moss, long fiber sphagnum moss, and a little bit of sand, so the PH is super low all the time. What I do need to do though is water only with distilled or RO water, anything else builds up minerals and burns the roots on the carnivores. Honestly all things considered if you set up a bog pot right and blast it with a metric ton of light itll be the easiest collection of houseplants ever. Plus you get to feed the bog instead of using fertilizer.

Nope, the peat really holds moisture in so not a lot evaporates. I suppose every now and then I do mist it down, but that’s not really necessary

Thanks!! It’s got three flytraps, three different types of Sarracenia pitcher plants, cape sundews and tokaienis sundews and then a bunch of different mosses!
