sun and heat evaporate water. lower temps and less sun means less evaporation. less evaporation means more consistently moist soil. moist soil is needed for fungal germination and survival.

so adjust your watering schedule and fertilize less frequently.

Thanks! I haven’t been fertilizing and I’ve been testing w a moisture meter every time I go to water but I will try to push it more
