My peppermint plant definitely slows growth in the winter. But, it looks like you have it inside. So assuming you living space doesn’t get below like 40 degrees then the plant won’t go dormant.

My mint plants lives inside during winter. It grows all season in an apartment that usually sits between 69-75 degrees
