i just moved and the old tenants left lots of plants id love to rehabilitate but im having trouble identifying the plants, can yall help me in the comments?

for example this is a pretty mature snake plant and while the leaves are getting taller, there’s no “stalk” starting to for as it grows because it likes to branch

plant 2 is to the left, im assuming its rosemary it had green leaves a day ago plant 3 is the tree to the right

Im not 100% but this could be a snake plant if white stripes grow

it appears to be growing in a way that i just have never seen a snake plant so. it looks like its growing up, whereas snake plants typically branch out through rhizomes.

the leaves also appear way too thin to be a snake plant. what my better guess would be is something like a yucca but i have no clue

these are traditionally weeds if i am identifying this picture correctly. the plant i am thinking of is in the euphorb family and probably has some sort of milky latex when leaves are broken off. if there is not sap then it’s likely i’m misidentifying it!
