Make sure that you have stuff packed around them (or put the pots in boxes) so they can’t accidentally fall over. Other than that, don’t do any crazy maneuvers while driving and it’ll be fine

I typically stick my plants in a fish tank full of water so that they have enough water to last them the long ride. This method puts the plants in a hibernation like state due to the immense amount of water, which makes it very easy to lug them around!!

Yes boxes helped me I had to take 30+ plants on a 6 hour ride and I packed a blanket in between boxes but I cut the boxes to have short walls for the plants(pic of what mine looked like)
