not too hard as long as you keep the water clean and don’t allow it to get moldy or develop fungus then that will rot all your roots… but for the most part it is pretty stress free

I have multiple plants in leca/pon leca mixture. They are really easy to care for but can tend to get mold if there isn’t proper air flow. So I would say make sure there are enough holes in your pot

Alsssoooo some plants aren’t ment for leca. If your plants have thicker roots then they should be good
