If it’s coming from a greenhouse, be prepared to lose a few leaves. It came from an extremely bright and humid environment to an apartment. The conditions are not likely to be the same. So just remove the leaves if they drop, keep the plant in a chunky soil mix, and water when the soil is around 25% dry.

They’re really easy plants, I literally forgot to water one of mine for 4 months and it was fine! One of my favorite plants !
